Italian working day consist of approx. 3 hours of work at the morning hours and approx. 3 hours in the evening.
So usually between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. you’ll have your own time to relax on the beach, try famous Pizza or Pasta meals or visit local attractions.

During your visit to Scalea booked with us we shall:

-organise your return trip for the Notary — for the final payment and getting keys to your property
-make sure you’ll receive your Deed for the property
-help you organise the payment of your bills
-guide you through the maintenance process
-organize decoration works in your property (if necessary)
-advice you on further letting opportunities of your property
-give you free word of advise on any needs you might have in the future
